Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to self-serve Ludus software subscriptions purchased through Paddle checkout on ludus.cloud. Paddle is the merchant of record and processes all payments and refunds.

1. Refund Window

Refund requests can be submitted within 14 calendar days of the transaction date.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, include your order details and contact:

3. Human-Delivered Services

Enterprise (Self-Hosted), Enterprise (Fully Hosted), managed infrastructure, turnkey deployment and maintenance, training, and other human-delivered services are sold under separate written agreements and are not sold through Paddle checkout.

4. Response Time

We respond to refund requests within 3 business days.

5. Cancellations and Access

If you cancel a subscription, access continues through the end of the current billing term.
